Summary

The ADB Avenue Tower is a postmodernist-style skyscraper designed by D. Del Rosario Architects and developed by Pyramid Construction & Development Group Corporation (PCDGC). It is located at the corner of ADB Avenue and Guadix Drive. It serves mainly as a hotel.

The building has a white facade with blue windows and steel balconies. In front are five pairs of windows and balconies, with more windows visible on the side. Gray outlines also divide the tower into four sections. First, an open area with support columns between the podium and the lowest level has windows and balconies. Under this open area level, the words ADB Avenue Tower is seen in blue letters.
